We appreciate that things can occasionally get broken or damaged in transit, but would ask that any damage is reported within 48 hours of an item arriving, so that we can take appropriate action.
If for any reason one of our products reaches you in a faulty or broken condition, we would ask you to photograph the breakage and email it to info@thesleepstyler.com. Upon inspection of the image – we will provide authorization to return the product. Once returned, we will send a replacement product.
Order once placed cannot be canceled or amended. We do not refund an order once placed.
